We are The Lovellers, documentary wedding photographers based in Figueira da Foz and working across central Portugal. For thirteen years we have been documenting real love stories, and every wedding is treated as its own. Throughout the day, we want to capture every moment with the importance and singularity it deserves, making it part of your story. From the smallest details to the most unexpected scenes, our approach is documentary in nature — natural, with no forced poses, no boring moments. The only condition is that you live the day fully, without interference.

The day of your wedding holds years of history in a handful of hours. The people who watched you grow, the ones who came in along the way, the ones who arrive now. Everything that matters will be in the same place. We document that day with the care it deserves, attentive to every detail, present in silence.
We give you space and time to LOVE without hurry, without a camera in your face, without direction. We challenge you to LIVE every moment as if it were the only thing you will remember thirty years from now — because, in truth, many will be. And we stay attentive to what we WITNESS in your eyes, in your father's embrace before you walk in, in the smile of your closest friend when you dance with them.
We follow the whole day without interrupting, without asking for poses, without directing. The truest photographs of your wedding will happen when you forget we are there.

The morning preparations, with light coming through the bedroom window and nerves mixed with laughter. The ceremony, with parents crying before they cry, with your childhood friend giving a speech no one expected. The cocktail hour, with those long embraces from people who travelled hours to get to you. The party, with bare feet at three in the morning, with laughter that comes out without asking permission.
We are there for all these moments, and a hundred more that will not fit on this page. A wedding is fourteen hours of small instants that will be photographed, edited, refined, and delivered to you to last forever. That is how we honour your day.
